I think the whole market has been sleepy the last couple of days. I still maintain that AR9 needs revenue if the share price is going to go up. Announcements like these are good in that they enhance the foundations of current share price through speculative revenue and growth, but it has to convert that speculation to actual contracts and licenses. It will take time. I don't think the share price will go much higher on purely speculation. As I have said before, We have not had a new contract for a while, so I am expecting some significant ones soon - I expect this management and advisory group to be active in pursuing them. That said, the whole market seems to be move forward ever so slowly as if it is dragging a brick by its testicles.
