G'day mate, any chance you could elaborate on your views?

I expect an OTC listing may provide reasonable justification (not sure about substantial) for an increase in price due to:

1. The fact the OTC listing is demand driven, as a direct response to requests from US institutional investors and family funds
2. The perception of US institutional and retail investors being willing to "pay up" on a price to sales multiple compared to our local market participants, in particular for cybersecurity companies
3. Zero trust/CMMC is a bit more broadly known tailwind for cybersecurity companies in the US, compared to Australia
4. Depending on when the OTC listing occurs, we'll also have the quarterly results
