Agreed, the first, second and fourth points can only occur post-listing.
To be clear, I'm suggesting that the OTC listing itself may be a catalyst for these points to occur, which would justify a rise in the price over time - say weeks to months - rather than immediately as a result.
Should there be a marked price increase, it may also trigger more speculative traders, etc, but I'm not focused on that.
