At its most basic, it should expand the potential pool of buyers. Hopefully this translates to US buyers buying an Australian cybersecurity company on metrics they would typically use, which seem to be historically more bullish than Australian buyers.
Despite this, the key focus for us as investors should be on whether the business is improving or not, rather than price movement.
