    Two options:

    1) It is active, and there have been no purchases as yet.

    2) Anecdotally, I have noticed several OTC listings in the past have commenced trade on Friday's US time. I.e. tonight.

    Option 1 more likely than option 2, but that's the only info anyone is going to have.
