The process takes approximately 4 weeks. My guess would be they are nearing the end of that 4 week period, as I found the ARHLF ticket on Marketwatch on August 19. The ticker is now visible on Bloomberg, WSJ etc.
Companies on the ASX are already somewhat dual listed within Australia, as shares trade either on the ASX, or over on Chi-X. The fact that companies are traded on the 2 exchanges is 99% invisible is because a) both exchanges use AUD as currency, and b) basically all AUS brokage platforms are plugged into both exchanges, so we see a composite tape.
Quite simply, basically the same buy/sell sides you see now on your Aus platform will go up on the US OTCQB market in USD, and trading will commence.
Archits shares will trade while we sleep, so there'll be that to wake up to each day.
