    Hi mate, that's a great question and something I was trying to understand too.

    I think the public float is the amount of shares available, which are not owned by insiders and it should simply be from this total pool of available shares that those of us on the ASX would "share" with buyers via the OTC Exchange.

    If I'm correct - and insiders don't divest in a quick fashion - I think we could all be in for a bit of a ride!
