Quite simply, I believe the MarketWatch info not up to date at this point. When we look at the Financial Times website, we see total shares AND free float represented which is commensurate with the current annual report.

Existing ordinary shares of Archtis will be traded on the OTCQB Market. Online brokers such as Ameritrade, Fidelity Investments, Charles Schwab, Tradestation and Etrade all allow us to trade OTCQB stocks.

ARHLF is the same class Ordinary Shares to ASX traded stock (ASX:AR9), not a synthetic. The shares are simply registered in two different Registries.
