    There will be no additional shares (i.e. dilution) from listing on the OTC exchange, no.

    The same amount of shares are available, so there will be trade of Archtis shares overnights, our time.

    Depending on what the interested US investors are willing to pay, there could be an initial spike in price, or they may slowly acquire.
