The market is still unsure of whether it wants to go up or down. Strong resistance all the way up from people who are underwater from buying high. The fundamentals of the company are improving dramatically but it isn't enough at the moment for the share price to want to come out of it's down trend trading channel.

Fundamentally strong quarterly revenue growth & management is aggressive. MC is merely 60 million on 5 million annual revenue...cash position is strong. Next quarterly will need to exceed to have an impact. We know given the recent contracts it will have increased but it will need to exceed to break through resistance. Potentially selling will stop after June as we head to next quarterly.
