I realise the MOU is non-binding, however, I know there were/are quite a number of entities interested in the project. I was told that many are just waiting to see who leaps first. So I am wondering if an MOU, even non-binding, would be akin to dating; that is, notionally taking Ardea of the market to see how the relationship develops, before 'rings' are purchased. (Sorry to the guys who understand all this in more sophisticated terms).
I also have another observation that has troubled me about ARL from the beginning. I always believe that a strength is often a weakness. The team has great credibility, honesty, expertise and wisdom. What has always been lacking is salesmanship and simple eye-catching presentations, probably as a bi-product of the virtues above. I had wondered though if the amazing announcement made by Andrew last week was presented by John Laws or Alan Jones, whether we would have seen an immediate re-rate.
