Hi Mate,

i have changed my status to reflect that I did buy in to ARL.

These are my concerns
1. CAPEX of 3.1 Billion in todays interest rates. Given no other CAPEX money has been raised eg over at SRL who has multiple billionaires siting on the board, it doesn't fill me with confidence that this will progress. I was expecting a MUCH lower CAPEX cost as I am sure all here were as well.
2. The MOU terms are very vague and going by my past experience in the peer this has introduced doubt. RED et all were stating that there would be significant down-payments with any agreements and this has clearly not eventuated.

Just trying to figure out if I should take profits now on the news as I see significant hurdles ahead.

If the Consortium had put down significant cash then this would be a different story.
