Basically we already own the assets and we have factored in cash from all cap raising for a PFS on gold. Therefore instead of saving the cash that we assumed would be used on gold it will be used on gold and if gold turns out to a bust to bad. We may as well save the money for the SS because it’s assumed that they are economical to the SS level (and SS are wrong all the time) so therefore save the money and skirt the SS.
