Announcement on 10/6 which had the Morgan Stanley Conference preso contained a positive 9 mth update for all divisions. They have also been able to reduce already comfortable gearing with the first 11.5 million received for the Dreamworld land sale ($5 million to come).
The only question mark in recent times was the resignation of the Dreamworld CEO to pursue other interests - according to his Linked in Account he is "Looking for a leadership opportunity where I can shape the direction and culture"
I have got back in as well in low 120s as it seems like good buying and we can bank the distribution while we wait for value to be recognised.
