Look I think the deal is average and not great but obviously the best on offer and has potential if the Li goes off like is stated here. 9 months ago me and my Homies bought in with no value ascribed to Li and it was entered into as a gold play with potential of BGL, AUT. So for mine the story hasn't changed and some value has been extracted for Li assets, whether that is a good or bad deal time will tell. I doubt whether after the first $1.5M in cash the next 2 instalments will be cash but probably an escrowed share issue in a newly listed entity.
Ok Li deal done let's get back to drilling gold properties and get multiple rigs turning asap. Let's wait and see what the 6 hole SL and 6 hole Kas assays pending deliver before we write off the drilling so far.
