I'm against any incentive for the Kings of ADV at this point.... Incentives/bonus's should not be given out when people do their job... it should just be "thanks for doing your job" and that's all.
I'm not against a bonus for work completed above your Position Description or outstanding results trace back to the work done by the individual. At this point I feel the management at ADV have done nothing that suggests they are kicking enough goals to get incentives.
I agree that ADV is looking better now than the past, but surely that is not the bench mark here. Management have talked a huge game over the last little while .... so lets wait before agreeing to anything suggesting bonus trigger points. If they want more of the company... then let them buy shares as we all do... let them back their talk with their money on the open market.
In 12 months......If it all goes to the plans suggested then yes ..... talk and organise your bonus ... and I will gladly say yes...
