You say they activated the LSI straight away - this is nonsense - if they get the tonnage they wont need to activate it.. You are either 1.) spinning the facts to suit yourself or 2.) you haven't done as much research as you claim..

Read the announcement from 19 Feb:

"If and when Ardiden plans to activate the LSI Facility, the Company shall pay LSI a one-time Activation Fee, in the amount equal to $75,000 and four (4) million ordinary Ardiden Shares. The Company can at its option, (i) pay LSI in cash OR (ii) issue shares, to satisfy the payment of the Activation Fee."

BB and Neil said this was to give Yantai some more certainty that if they needed to they could call on this facility to fund their part of the capex. They have no intention to activate this and won't have too once they get the required tonnages.

LSI should be considered as a contingency plan at a stretch.
