You assign value to things that are standard practice in normal business. For example, ADV is not 'special' or any more valuable because they have a relationship with government and the natives. This is not a distinguishing feature, it's a necessity.
You have no idea how much ore is at Seymour, "with at least 10 Mt to potentially 30 Mt high grade ore". Now that's thumb-suckery of the highest order. Explain why it has taken ADV so long to find just 1 Mt to comply with the BOT. Perhaps it has less to do with cunning corporate strategy and more to do with, there's not a lot of lithium around. Spare me the statements about 5%, 5km strike length and 40 surface outcrops.
Ultimately ws, you assign value to fluff. I do not.
