the cash outgo & shares to be paid for this acquisition is PEANUTS... I am happy with this... gives one more iron in the fire... also, this is in Canada.. so they are around the same place... not jumping in to South America or Africa... and not dishing out 10s of millions of shares & $100K+ for this...
may not set the sp on fire today, but it will be an interesting addition for sure... and this is not going to take up to Dec 17 to decide... I guess, this Canadian spring/summer, they will have their first go at this target to see if this has anything...
