ok so I'm having difficulty understanding that if the company is that close to releasing a JORC and expecting this to enhance the SP, why wouldn't they have waited till after this to do a SPP. Would this not have been a better scenario which could have raised a lot more money. I chose not to participate in the SPP worrying about this.
