@coblentz there is no need to be disrespectful to the majority shareholder. As far as I researched their interest has been aligned with the company's interest so far. The market updates may have been upbeat previously to generate interest and raise at higher share price. Obviously this has backfired. And it appears to me that someone wants to get the assets on the cheap by forcing more equity raised at lower price and reducing the ability of Chrisp to exercise options. Remember if Chrisp has no liquidity to pay strike price on options he'd have to sell shares into illiquid market to exercise options. Really a bit of vicious circle for him and as a result for the company. Maybe someone is trying to build a stake and prevent Chrisp from increasing his.
