What makes you think Petra cares about phosphate ?? They're make money by raising money ( CR )
- they create a story ( "research" ) and then sell the CR after the SP runs up, and then they move on - they're agnostic - they only believe in the next CR - those who believe the "research" are sheeple who populate Hot Copper .... wash rinse repeat ....
