    My understanding is that PET was done by dodgy operators and Chinese contracts, as well as lack of orders. Their product from memory was binding phosphorus and then dropping the bound product to the bottom.

    As I understand from this announcement it's about actually removing and possibly recovering phosphorus from the wastewater and recycled water, which is a different beast.
