    yes , however if they had a viable underlying business they would have survived the accounting/fraud scandal
    ultimately the use is the same, to remove phosphorus from water. I don’t see where in the announcement it can be inferred that the application method won’t be the same (dumping it into water) or that the product is recoverable from the water after usage
