It will have to be determined if the fee is justified considering CXM did actually mine in excess of what was required by the agreement.
Will be a bit of time going back and forth over the definition of what is and isn't mining. SCF just sees an opportunity to try and take them on, standard corporate greed.
It does appear that CXM management foresaw this happening but it is a little reckless to think that a simple go away email would have cleared this up.
