    You'd hope but the vultures know how to scare retail into selling at rock bottom prices and a long drawn out court proceeding could do just that.

    Either way it will be a good gamble buying into this hole because there will never be a better opportunity to get CXM shares this cheap unless a nuke blows up the deposit.
