The only potential issues are long term phosphate prices.
But this company could easily make its entire market cap in profit next year alone, so I really don't see much risk.
Hell if the rock phosphate price stays high for a few years we could easily justify expanding the resource. For over $250t you could put in a board and pillar underground mine for the deeper parts of the deposit.
