Contractually they must pay $2m
They're disputing it & into resolution (obviously for an amount less than $2m)
There is no possibility they'll pay more than $2m imo as thats what they're contractually obliged to pay, for which they're disputing.

Tesla is also moving towards Lithium-Iron-Phosphate batteries; so Phosphate demand imo is about to explode
