Oops How? The way I see it is we all knew this was still in line to be addressed, it's realistically priced in to the share price. CR more or less dispels some of the risk. An extension of negation by both parties means that at the very least Cxm had a compelling argument to extend the negotiation. It is far from ideal but it's only a small bump I would think.
