From experience, everytime I've sold a mineral explorer due to legal proceedings its been a mistake. I couldn't care if they pay the fee, this a minor issue compared to what I've seen go on. When comparing the fee to mine economics it is pretty insignificant and I'm happy with the risk as thats basically the aim of the game at this end of the market. Gambling risk vs reward, if this had no risk then there wouldn't be a premium baked into the potential return.
