    Great feasibility study, conservative and keeps to the facts.

    Re-iterates that this is a very likely 5x bagger at current market cap.

    Exploring other processing locations and products for even more value. Add the problem of ever increasing shipping costs, the global demand for fertilizer and the trade wars with China driving increased local processing and we could easily end up with a 10x bagger.
