I would say their objective is more likely winding down the company.
By my calculation and assuming the rest of Area 1 is now worthless from a cashflow perspective, if the company was liquidated you'd receive:
~25c / share for cash + working capital - all liabilities.
~46c / share for the value of Sembehun. This assumes it's sold to a buyer at a NPV using a 15% discount rate (which equals roughly USD $130m), which seems much more appropriate than the 8% SRX management use for their NPV.
Total is 71c in a wind up scenario.
I would say their objective is more likely winding down the...
