I don't believe you would ever get full value on sale for a project in any West African country and as Sembehun is a long life project with cheap operating costs it has an advantage to most other similar projects and would generate above average yearly returns - it's also a matter of how cheap or otherwise their financing is to get it up and running - maybe IFC again plays a part here.
