This is worthy of a criminal investigation.
Falsely providing price sensitive information. Which has now cost people a lot of money. I have not seen such such a balls up before. I dodged a massive bullet here. I held prior TH awaiting the drill results but I can not resist swapping ARN for LLI which has worked out really well for me.
Sympathy for holders who were told they were on the verge of something special only to have it ripped away.
