The problem Gold and Silver bugs all have, is that they have all been drinking the same Kool-Aid for decades now, hoping, praying for the end of fiat currencies and the collapse of society so that they can be finally proven right and their stash of PM coins and PM shares will finally be worth something.
But just like those "the end is coming" cults, the world never quite, ends... it just keeps going.
Unfortunately Gold and Silver is old news, an old world investment. The kids these days are swapping their cash for imaginary internet dollars and jpegs of monkeys. They have moved past gold. And when the world does end I don't think PM price will do what you think it will.
Don't buy gold/silver shares thinking the price "has to revert to the mean" and its a "hedge against the end of the world". Buy the individual stock because it has an investment case and the project has legs to make fiat dollars.
