I think that you have misinterpreted what I said. I didn't say that Arena was trying to ruin NXE with court costs I said that posters claimed that the court costs would ruin NXE. I remember a post where a poster recommended that the lawyers should demand up front payment because NXE would not have the money to pay them afterwards. I agree with you that we don't know the reasons behind this decision but we do know that Arena claimed that NXE owed an extra $2.5 mil and that in court they lost and that they then appealed but have now withdrawn their appeal.
