Ann: Arena REIT 2023 Annual Report, page-2

I continue to love ARF - it's been in my hold and DRP for many, many years now and it keeps on keeping on. Sure, we're a long way off our share price crazy days of $5, but there is a lot to love about this stock - distributable income is up every year - including last year where finance costs nearly doubled! You would have to think that when finance costs go back down, this stock will get quite a good boost again to its distributable income!

I noticed that the company had $13,000,000 come in from their DRP. Seems like a handy figure to keep the gearing low (21%). Can only imagine in 10 years time that this one will keep on kicking a lot of big goals, I very much like the management approach.

At time of posting the share price is $3.42, which matches exactly to the NTA. I wouldn't mind calling it a good buy if anyone was in the market for a good stock.
