If you then add to the fact that NXE have a very substantial claim against them then you would say that NXE are very much in the drivers seat and could actually come out ahead if they play their cards right.

To add on an cheeky 2.5 Mill in extra fees to what is already owed - as Arena did - is just taking the piss...NXE may be crap at auctions, but they are highly seasoned scrappers - and will not roll over for fat, complacent and arrogant corporates like Arena with out a fight. This is NXEs happy place.
