What a mess , really bad management . With no money in the bank , bit hard to fight this.
As you say , last thing investors need is " told you so turkeys " turning up . They act like they have never got a spec investment wrong , hindsight makes heroes of us all.
Oh well , after the auction disaster , this was probably inevitable.
