    Wonder if this is the same Chinese investor who put up 250k at 2.3c before consolidation 10:1? Also Arena hold convertible notes that rank ahead of shares so not sure this maybe such a good investment. Seems that either Mr Ching will own the assets or Arena, which has the best lawyer.
