    I do wonder if the tranche 1 will go through now. Until the money is in the bank you never know. I don't know how much good it is going to do long term with the Arena debt hanging over the company.

    I would have thought it would have taken Arena some time to organise the statutory demand. I would not be surprised to learn that it has been in the pipeline since the ruby lease sale.
