Well I personally think you're all right. But it's the reality of the times when needing money - people still haven't grasped how much money really costs until they go to the bank/broker to get some on loan.
I bet AGN didn't work too hard to raise (to get a better deal), otherwise the bots would have been working harder with more knowing they were after funds.
So they simply took the line of least resistance as they think they're better than finance people. Who cares about the "Mums and Dads"!
Then there's the options announced today ... shareholders are nothing!
