I had to look that up ... lol. No, not cross promoting but pointing out that 19% odd discount seems too much (to me). The exec have not bought on market
recently, so todays announced deal is just too convenient and easy in my view sort of like "let them eat cake".

I'm generally relaxed about CRs when they seem reasonable and I've been watching the shorts on AGN just in case ... but this one seems too cheap to me ... unless ... there is more risk there than we know.
