the boardroom radio broadcast of the 12th July is well worth a listen. I think ARD is a company that has very solid management who are working hard for shareholders. Kempfield is a very good project but was too far out and they needed something to fill the void of the next 12-18 months. Bullant has been a well run mine already to go for a small producer. I'm guessing that finance for Bullant has already been worked out. They say that they will be raising the funds in the next 28 days so that is unlikely to be from share holders. Management are also very aware of the 48m options @ 20c that are due next june. They want them well in the money and Kempfield was not going to do that. Still lots of questions re production and processing but if ARD can successfully produce at Bullant in the next 12 months I would expect market cap to go up in multiples
