ARD has always been a highly speculative investment to begin with, so I expected some rough ride, but this is a bit of blow especially when they were finally getting some traction. Someone probably need to answer how something like this could occur.

so if theyput in a claim for a R&D rebate and it got approved, how and why was it questioned. There must be a lot of responsibility at the other end?

you would want to be very sure before throwing good money after bad with a top legal team and the chance of incurring greater penalties.
