    The Government is cracking down on R&D claims in general.... as there has been wide spread abuse.

    ARD should be ok, im pretty familiar with the drilling projects during the time in question... hopefully ARD has a good advisor with a “solid track record” apparently it can be make or break on the right or wrong advisor.
