Cap raise will not be for at least another 7-8 Days at the absolute earliest ... As companies tend to use the 10 Day Vwap (Volume Weighted Average Price) and the company will strive for as high a Vwap they can get to minimise dilution to existing holders... I would expect they will have more details up there sleeve to be release over the next week or so, ie, perhaps a presentation or detailed update of some sort which will drive the price higher. Infact, if they have a string of possible anns' up there sleeve they may want to release these on serial fashion to drive the price much higher before raising (Much Like CXO did) so Cap raise could be several weeks off perhaps even after the announcement of the Leases being approved.

But I have no doubt that the price will rally in the next 7-8 days at the very least ...as Lithium is hot and there is not hotter place for it that in the South American Lithium triangle.
