    Seems about right, I haven’t checked the calcs..

    But I rolled my eyes when I saw the LKO offering was underwritten by Bizell Capital..

    Bizzell capital has Peter Wright as a portfolio manager, the same Peter Wright who is an executive director of Greenwing Resources or aka former Bass Metals.. And if you research the history of Bass, well, you’ll see what I mean..

    It’s a small old world with these penny cap directors lol…
