HIGHLIGHTS

  Dark Horse Managing Director David Mason said: “The Company is systematically advancing the exploration of its gold and lithium projects in Argentina, and the Board is pleased to provide this further update. Significant work has gone into the exploration of the Los Domos Gold Project in Santa Cruz province in the past couple of months, and the exploration team is mildly confident that a medium sized gold discovery is starting to take shape. We understand we are getting quite close to receiving the environmental permit to allow us to commence drilling at the Las Tapias Lithium Mine in Cordoba province, and the reconnaissance exploration is progressing well throughout the large granted tenement portfolio in San Luis province. The recent appointment to the Board of Jason Beckton is most timely as we move these projects along and transition from exploration to resource definition”.
