What is a signficant number of holders taking up their entitlements.
No percentage of holders quoted taking up their entitlements for one to make their own mind up as to how successful the raise actually was...I reckon only a handful of the ~3200 shareholders took up their entitlement and had a few significant players top the majority of funds in.
How many actually applied for more than they were entitled too???
They were lucky to get over what they wanted in this market....
Secondly how does one work out what scaling is applied to their application for shares. Normally a company states in this announcement stating the outcome of what the raise was the formula used and how much one can expect to receive subject to confirmation with the share registry...
Really poor governance by the BOD....
